[proFit-list] using Profit python module pf

Hi,
I have been calling Profit from some python scripts using Applescript to not that elegantly use some features of Profit that are missing from Scipy. My question is whether it is possible to use the pf module in a Python script running outside the Profit environment? If it is possible, where is the pf.py file - I looked in a few places, but could not find it, otherwise I would I have just tried it.
