[proFit-list] the python library in Anaconda

HI,
I just changed to Anaconda and this raised two questions:

1. based on earlier discussions I expect the Python library should be something like this file I found in the Anaconda folder: libpython2.7.dylib. I set that as my Python library but it provokes an error that the file has no read access and that I should adjust the settings folder to grant Profit access rights. I have done this, but the error remains (not able to access the file etc). Any suggestions - could it be that I am not pointing to the correct Python library?

2. I will shortly have to move from Python 2.7 to Python 3. Does this cause any problems for Profit? I assume the Anaconda2 installation will remain and I should therefor be able to point Profit to the correct library, so that would suggest everything would be OK, but things might be more complicated that that.

Currently I am running Profit 7.0.14 on OSX 10.14.

all the best,
Jeremy Harbinson
