[proFit-list] use script to change z-axis properties

To do this by script:

When issuing the PlotData or PlotFunction command, pass the parameter  
"colorScheme", such as:

PlotFunction(plotType functionContour, drawColorPlot True,  
drawContourPlot True, colorScheme 'blue-red-green')
